Submit Registration Form

All prospective students must have this form filled out by June 15, 2022

Schedule Evaluation
​
Fill out the top portion of the Teacher Evaluation form and submit it to your child’s current school/teacher. Evaluation forms are due within 2 weeks of the application submission*.
03.
Schedule an Interview Session
​
Zion Academy will contact you to schedule an appointment for your child’s interview session. Families not already enrolled at Zion Academy will have a parent interview with the head of school as part of the prospective family evaluation process.
We shall process your admission and update you with our final decision within 60 days of receiving payment and all documentation.
Zion Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic, hiring staff or volunteer, and other school administered programs.
